I am equally pleased to speak, along with another group of esteemed colleagues, at the Global Partner Session on "Integration of International Students on Campus: Successful Efforts" on Wednesday, May 30 at 2:30 PM. Values: Defending International Education in a Complex World." The Symposium on Leadership is a unique event with a format that truly spurs interaction and discussion, providing an open and thoughtful environment to inspire analysis of the issues that are affecting international education today. This year, I am pleased to join a a group of tremendous colleagues to speak at the half-day NAFSA Symposium on Leadership on Tuesday, May 29 to explore and discuss "Value vs. I have been so impressed with NAFSA's very professional approach to board management and have greatly enjoyed the interaction with the other board members - such an interesting and passionate group of people who come from a broad variety of relevant backgrounds. I have actively engaged in NAFSA for many years in different roles for the last 2.5 years as a member of the board, and last year as the chair of the governance committee and secretary to the board.
For many years, this has been one of my favorite opportunities to learn about new trends and developments and to meet with friends and colleagues from all over the world.
